Tolu speaks at conferences and events within and outside Canada. Together with Becca Stevens, he was opening speaker at the Social Enterprise Alliance Conference at a session titled “Building an Economy Based on Love” in April 2014. He was a plenary speaker at the Social Venture Network conference in New York in November 2012 and has spoken at several SVN conferences and conferences.

He speaks regularly at McGill University Desautels Faculty of Management, at schools, churches, NGOs and companies. He was selected to be a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University’s new Spirituality Mind Body Institute, a program that is first of its kind in the Ivy League.
